Do you remember being in the dark?

Seeing nothing no way out

Yet we try  so many ways to get out of it

but nothing none of them worked

But then you came and you became the light of my life

You taught me that you don’t need to prove anything

To the world because you can be secured in His love

The unconditional that no one can fulfil besides Him

People may see how bruised and scarred  you are and  for a time you believed them 

During those times you tried to go with the ways of the world just to fit in 

But you realised the world will never be perfect or the way we want it to be

Instead we can change the world by telling them who He is and what He did for all of us
