For the past almost I think 3 years Singapore has always been part of my faith goal . I wanted to go there ever since my dad has been telling me his stories every time he goes there . But during the APEC , it finally happened!
I was just really amazed an in awe of the place . But I'm really glad how God and His favor even just before we even left for Manila.
So on the day of our flight, I was ahead with my cousins,Aunts and Lola so my parents were just on their way. our flight was at 8pm via Singapore Airlines. So while we were waiting for them we found out they were stuck in Mckinley Hill because of the closed roads because of the delegates arrival so my parents and sister had to walk from there to the airport. But during the midst of walking a jeep called out my dad and told him to ride on his jeep along with another passenger as well. I thank God for the protection that He has given before we even reached in Singapore.
So that night or early morning of the next day we arrived in Singapore. I was just wow ! Speechless and couldn't really believe I was there! I was like in the pinch me moment but I really felt this will be great not just to bond with family but also get to know my cousins as well.
So when we reached the condo where we were staying,after getting settled we went to bed to get energized for the first day.
DAY 1 :
So we started the day getting prepped up to go to the mall . One of the nice things about the place we stayed is that it's very near the train station and a convenience store named Cheers nearby that sells lots of food that can be eaten during breakfast or any time of the day :) .
So after getting ready we went to Orchard Road,known to be where most people go to just to shop! It will take the whole day or even just to go through mall after mall!
Some of the places we went to there were Cotton On, Forever 21 and many more.
We had lunch in this place called marche. It is not your typical restaurant . So when you arrive a lady is there with card being handed to everyone . When you go inside its like a market but the difference is you don't pay with the money instead be charged into the card the lady gave you. So example , I went to this station and bought a salad. When I'm done if that's the only thing I'm getting I go to the cashier pay and you leave . So you have to be careful what your getting because its kinda pricey but its something you must try :)

So for the second day we went to Sentosa and Universal Studios!
From the city , you can ride a train or a cable car to Sentosa. Universal Studios is just one of the many attractions Sentosa has . Some of the other attractions that they have are the SEA Aquarium and Madame Tussands .
When you enter its the Hollywood where you mostly see souvenier and the Walk of Fame. Sometimes you can even see Minions,Charlie Chaplin and even Marilyn Monroe!
The next one is New York. The attraction in that part is the Elmo Spagetti Chase and the show of Steven Spielberg. After that you'll see the Sci-fi,you'll see the Transformers 3D ride ,which is a super cool and must try! and the Galactica Rollercoasters. The next one is the Mummy which only has two rides. the very fast rollercoaster and another ride that your like in some kind of safari style ride of car. When it comes to food better to eat in food stall than food court because food court is more expensive. Other parts of Universal is the Jurrasic Park which features a roller coaster and wet rides inspired by the movie. In Far Far Away , inspired by the movie Shrek and Puss in Boots there are two rollercoasters one about Puss in Boots and the other one the airline from the Shrek movies. The two shows that are featured in this part of Universal is Puss in Boot with meet and greet after . Donkey's is a comedy show. Lastly, is the 4d ride featuring a short film on Shrek.
After Far Far Away is the Madagascar inspired part of the theme park. There's a boat ride and a carousel featuring the animals from the animated film. After spending our whole day there we went back to Vivo City to have dinner and shop before heading home.

D A Y 3 :
On our last day I went to Hajilane! It's a very artsy place . It's just one street full of stores and artistic wall. We also went to Gardens By the Bay and Marina Bay Sands but it was already at night time so we weren't able to take really clear photos. The day before our flight back to Manila the last dinner we had was the most memorable. It was eating in a Hawker restaurant that has authentic Singaporean food such as Chili Crab and Cereal Prawn! Oh so yummy!
And that concludes my Singapore trip! It may have been short but I had a lot of fun especially because I got to bond with my cousins and family there as well. This is one of my highlight's of this year . Would I want to go back? of course! love their transportation system its not that hard to go to places. God thank you for this wonderful trip if it weren't for you none of these would have happened!

Around the afternoon of Day one we walked further a bit along Orchard Road and went to this mall named Takoshimaya . It's a high end kind of department store with a Japanese food court in the basement that tastes really good :)
After dinner we headed home.
