Grateful Heart

So its been awhile since I wrote but I feel like its going to be a long status so I just decided to write about it here.

So March 16 we went to Gawad Kalinga for NSTP. Our class helped the kids make trashcans out of plastic bottles such as Coke and Sprite .

It's actually fun to see that we are able to help the next generation make something that they could teach to the community they are in. Even as young as 12 and 13 years old they can already make a difference.

But being with them makes me realize how greatful I am with what I have in life. But I also admire the strength of these kids they are able to get through everyday with a smile.

It's fun to interact with the kids and getting to know them . One of the kids in our group even told me that they enjoyed today and I'm happy to know that everything we worked as class actually paid off. In fact, they thought that what we were gonna do something that's hard but as we went through it they seem to be more curious and interested with what we were teaching them.

To the kids we were able to reach out today I'm glad na natuwa kayo and enjoyed our activity .I hope you share it also with your community so that there would be more people can learn about the trashbin we made .

When we were about to leave and my friend was about to say goodbye to the kids I feel like crying I don't know why . I don't if it was because of thing I realized that I said in the upper part of my blog. For me it was because we were able to bring joy to these kids. It's not easy to plan something like this but it is definitely something that I want to plan and do again :)

I hope that we can do something like this I find it fun and enjoyable :)

I want to join more of these kinds of events its fun and you get to meet other people . You not only help the person but also make new friends .

Sana this year more opportunities such as this hopefully we can teach them about art naman hehe :)
